Product Risk Analysis

Before the start of production, we spend time analysing all aspects of the manufacturing pack; this will ensure that we are ready for production and identify potential issues that might require further process control when we begin production.

Design for Manufacture (DFM)

A DFM report will be produced as a by-product of the PRA and PFMEA processes to report on the project's performance.

Suppose we identify any design issues or potential failure points that we identify during the design phase of the product.

In that case, we will document these and make them available for your review before you commit to purchasing the material and moving forward with production.

This live paperless system facilitates rapid documentation of changes and the delivery of these documents to the production line without delay.

The system also alerts our line leaders when AQL limits are exceeded, requiring them to conduct a product audit.

Engineering Changes (ECN)

There is nothing more important than documentation! No sound engineer cannot make engineering changes, which is always the case with engineering changes.

With our flexible yet strict ECN processes, Bill of Material databases, and process control systems, you can rest assured that your product changes, recalls, and stop-shipment requests will be handled with the utmost professionalism.

Incoming Inspection

The time we take to ensure the component we have received from global suppliers is exactly the component you wanted when receiving material from global suppliers.

By identifying the risks relating to the PRA/PFMEA process or via supplier auditing, we can identify the need for further inspections before components are accepted into production. Our team will be responsible for defining and implementing the requirements for the incoming inspection.

Non Conformance & Corrective Actions

Non-conformance and corrective action are outcomes of our production and auditing systems. With this system, we continuously improve our facilities and provide our customers with detailed reports.
